Style Out of Stock was founded by Jess Ballas in July of 2017 after a major shock in her corporate fashion job. Jess serves as a source of industry knowledge, fashion advice and so to speak “life hacks”, and wanted to create a platform to share them with people other than her friends & fam.
With having moved from Cleveland to NYC back in 2015, she also wanted to stay in touch with friend back at home. That is how SOOS was born.
